At the Faculty of Sciences there is a mentoring program: ARIADNEtechnat.
The program supports talented young female scientists individually in their scientific career development. During the 18-month mentoring program, they are advised and supported by experienced mentors, take part in a target group-specific framework and training program and have various opportunities for networking in science.
ARIADNEtechnatisaimedat
female doctoral candidates,
postdoctoral researchers and
postdoctoral researchers
from all Departments of the Faculty of Sciences who can participate in the program as mentees.
ARIADNEtechnat is also aimed at
Doctoral candidates with sufficient experience,
Habilitation candidates,
private lecturers and private lecturers as well as
professors,
who would like to pass on their experience and knowledge as mentors.
