FAUmentoring ARIADNEtechnat
At the Faculty of Sciences there is a mentoring program: ARIADNEtechnat.
The program supports talented young female scientists individually in their scientific career development. During the 18-month mentoring program, they are advised and supported by experienced mentors, take part in a target group-specific framework and training program and have various opportunities for networking in science.
- female doctoral candidates,
- postdoctoral researchers and
- postdoctoral researchers
from all Departments of the Faculty of Sciences who can participate in the program as mentees.
ARIADNEtechnat is also aimed at
- Doctoral candidates with sufficient experience,
- Habilitation candidates,
- private lecturers and private lecturers as well as
- professors,
who would like to pass on their experience and knowledge as mentors.
